* If you are under 40 years of age

* If you currently are experiencing breast complaints

* If it has been less than 365 days since your last mammography

* If you are a Kaiser Patient [contact  (866) 454-8855 for appointment at a later date)]

If after reviewing the above list of disqualifiers you determine that you qualify, click the below link to pre-register for a screening mammogram provided by Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Medical Center at no cost to the patient. 

List “Pink Patch” when prompted under the Employer Section

Mammograms will be offered from 9am to 3:30pm
