Kevin is currently serving as board president to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association . Kevin is native to the Bay Area and has served as a law enforcement officer for 10 years.
In his 10 years, Kevin has been a field training officer, served on out crime reduction unit and was recently selected for our county wide vehicle theft task force. He passionately serves as president to ensure San Mateo stays safe by advocating for equitable working conditions for frontline staff and he values fostering a positive relationship with management.
Todd serves as board vice president to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. In his time at SMPD, Todd has served as a Motor Officer, UAV Pilot, Explorer Advisor, Crisis Negotiator and SWAT Member.
Todd dedicates himself as vice president to ensure SMPOA members are represented fairly, and their constitutional rights are protected. He values his career and enjoys problem solving and interacting with the community.
Raaz serves as board secretary to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. He dedicates himself as secretary because he is detail oriented and enjoys keeping things organized.
Raaz has been with San Mateo PD for about 4 years. In his time here he has served in patrol as a Field Training Officer and is currently assigned as a Detective.
Rory has served as board president to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association and is currently serving as the treasurer. Rory is native to the Bay Area and has served as a law enforcement officer for over 20 years – 10 years in the Air Force and 10 years as a civil servant.
In his 20 years, Rory has been a field training officer, police academy instructor, crisis negotiator, and peer support member. Rory became a police officer because he felt it was his path in life. He feels it’s the ideal career because it affords him the opportunity to do something different and exciting every day.
Luke serves as board welfare officer to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. He devotes himself to ensuring injured or sick SMPOA members are not left behind or fall through the cracks.
Luke has been with the San Mateo Police Department for about 8 years. During that time, he has served on patrol, as a Detective in our Investigations Bureau, a first aid instructor and a defensive tactics instructor. Luke also spearheads our partnership with the local Marine Corps Reserve for Toys 4 Tots each winter!
Camille serves as a Director at Large to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. She joins to ensure the voices of all our membership is heard as she has been a member of every group we represent, Dispatchers, Community Service Officers and Police Officers.
Camille has been with the San Mateo Police Department for 15 years in capasities ranging from intern, parking enforcement officer, community service officer, dispatcher and now as a police officer. As a Police Officer, she is in EVOC instructor, Field training Officer, and Member of our Media Intelligence Team. Camille is a homegrown San Matean and is passionate about this city and its citizens!
Kayla also serves as a Director at Large to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. She too joins with the experience of having served with all three groups we represent: Community service officers, police officers and now in a temporary capacity with dispatch.
Kayla is also homegrown and grew up in Foster City and San Mateo. Kayla has been with the San Mateo Police Department for almost 10 years serving first as a community service officer and now as a police officer. In her time as a police officer she has served primarily on patrol, most recently as a K9 Handler. Kayla is also a field training officer, first aid instructor, explorer advisor, crisis negotiator, media intelligence team member, and recruiting team member.
Lisa also serves as a Director at Large to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. She joins to ensure the Community Service Officers are adequately represented in association business.
Lisa has been with the San Mateo Police Department for 18 years, 16 years in our Police Activities League and two as a Community Service Officer! Lisa brings a positive go-getter attitude to the team.
Andrew serves as a Director at Large to the San Mateo Police Officers’ Association. He joined to be the voice of our team of dedicated Dispatchers.
Andrew has been in law enforcement for nearly 22 years. He started his career as a CSO with the Foster City Police Department. Andrew started his Dispatching career there before joining the South San Francisco Police Department where he represented their unit as a representative as well. He has been with the San Mateo Police Department now for 6 years and we think he is here to stay!
